1 hour FART
When I started my workout routine last month I decided to try using the nustep recumbent cross trainer machine as a warm up before starting my weight training. The first time I used it I could only do 2 minutes on level 6, but I was determined to keep adding minutes every time I used it. Well as of today I went for 1 hour on level 6 using my mp-3 player with fast and slow songs on it to increase and decrease my speeds, kind of a interval training thing I guess. Now since I made that goal I think I will up he level and back down on the time and work my way up to an hour again.
