3 Days Post-Op - AMAZING Farts

Wow, The gas started last night, and I never thought it could feel so good to fart!  It was absolutely amazing.  The more I fart the better I feel.  How long does this go on?

I don't know the answer to your question. I'm just over 17 months out and I still fart up a storm. You should see that cloud. Whew.

I can tell you that I am 8 weeks out and I still fart like a thunder storm.  Also remember that once you start the soft solids and go #2 for the first time - get ready.  You will peal the wallpaper off the walls!!!  That goes on for awhile also. Be lucky you are able to fart and burp.  A friend of mine who had the WLS is 1.5 years out still can not fart or burp!  He gets some serious gas pains and takes lots of pepcid!! Keep it up.

Just remember - don't fart in an elevator.....   Learned that lesson the hard way!!!!!!!!!!   Worked on the 25 floor of a high rise, and stepped onto an EMPTY elevator and let one RIP...........    Yea - you guessed it - around the 24th or 23rd floor, the elevator stops and a woman gets on.........  Uh huh, pretty hard to blame that smell on anyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was about 10 years ago when I lived in NY, but i learned my lesson..... Chuck

Yep, the more I fart the better I feel. It's a good thing I work in a two man office and the other guy is gassy too. Every once in a while  I'll  let one rip when I  am out with my 7 year old son and He can't help but remind me and anyone within earshot of my noisemakers. Oh well. such is life. Woody
