GOAL!!!
I cant beleive I did it!!!
I am freakin out
I am extremely excited and now I dont know how to act!
I want to go buy new clothes or maybe just run around in nothin for a day! It has been a long six months and a lot of things have changed. I still need to work on getting to the gym more but have scheduled that in for most everyday of the week during my lunch hour. I need to work on flattening my stomach more if thats possible. I still have a little bulge (not there, that one has grown up some too, proud of it) on my stomach from the extra skin but seems to be going down. Not too flabby that I wont take off my shirt at the pool! Does anyone have any advice????

Hey Ben - I don't have any advice for you, since I'm still losing and will need Plastic Surgery to get rid of all my extra skin - but, I did want to talk a minute to say CONGRATULATIONS on reaching your goal.....
Keep enjoying all the FANTASTIC things that come with the hard work you're doing!!!!!!!

Getting to goal in 6 months is amazing!
Remember the skin tends to keep "drawing up"
For the next 3 to 6 months once you reach a stable weight.
Good to hear you’re exercising.
That’ll keep you at goal and healthy…. Keep it Up! Best Wishes- Dx

You da Man, Baby!
6 months is pretty fast, Hoss. Any advice for us "under-classmen"?
You look great in your avatar. We'll see how you look in person in a couple of weeks. Sure looking forward to that cruise.
We're planning on flying into LA on Saturday the 8th, and spending Sunday at the Getty center. C'mon down and join us. Otherwise, we'll see you on the SS Minnow, Monday afternoon.
Congrats, and buy yourself some new duds to celebrate.
