Good Tuesday morning everyone. Time to rise and shine. It's going to be a wonderful day!
Our challenge today is to learn to adjust. Life is full of change. We have to learn that when change comes, so does adjustment. Sometimes the adjustment hurts, but sometimes it's a good adjustment. If we can't adjust to change, then we only hurt ourselves. Look at us after WLS. We had some HUGE adjustments to make and they were GOOD adjustments! You did it then, you can do it again and again. Integrity comes from adjustment when you respond in a posityve way. People watch you to see how you respond to adjustment. Let them see you adjust to change in a good way.
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on some good old Maxwell House this morning. Sure is good too. The flavored coffee is good, but sometimes a good old cup of regular joe hits the spot!
