Hey Guy's
I just wanted to drop a few lines and let everyone know that I am making quite a bit of progress as far as the numbers go.
 June 21 2007 Day of surgery. 405
 August 20 2007 2 months out. 351

My pants have gotten extremely lose on me I was wearing 52 waist at surgery and I am now getting into 46's and a couple of 44's.

I actually have a neck that is defined no more looking like a stump growing out of my shoulders.

My d cup moobs are now just a cup bee bites.

The energy level is thru the roof and life in general is good, the only loss that has been a disappointment is in my biceps although they are more defined now. They shrank from 26" to 21 1/2" but I have definition.

I am off all medications now and food no longer dictates my every move in my daily life.
I can now run almost a mile without stopping or feeling like I am going to pass out and I can do 100 push ups and 100 sit ups without stopping every 7 or 8 reps for a break.

I am not on the internet much anymore since I started this Trucking Business I stay gone quite a bit by choice although I am home on the weekends I have pretty much dedicated my self to my kids. This surgery has not only saved my life but it has completely changed it as well.

I hope all of you have a wonderful Monday morning and may the good lord above bless each and everyone of you and yours as he has blessed me and mine.

Congrats,

Man! Those be some arms... You are now down to Arnold's size when he won Mr. Olympia (my current thigh size).

At 6'7 you probably don't have too far to go. You'll look thin, way before a shorter person would.

Keep up the good work!

Dave

Dan,  Good to see you doing so well both in the WLS and in the career and life transitions. The muscle defition your gaining is more impressive than just sporting a larger cylinder with no identifiable shapes or contours.  Ride that energy wave. Herb

100 pushups and 100 situps, non-stop at 350 lbs? That's super-human. Give up trucking and take up pro wrasslin'!
