My 9 year old son had a FART

Hey guys, Today was the start of Youth Football season in Tennessee, and it was a HOT ONE!  Anyway we survived.   Both my wife and I have been focusing on the weight we have lost this year and not really payed that much attention to RJ.  Of course I know he has lost some, but I was not prepared for what happened today!   He came into the living room this morning and said he farted.  I of course said, "Thanks for sharing and spray some air freshener!".  He started laughing and said, "No not that kind, the kind men have on the Mens Board!.  It seems he put on his game pants from last year and they fell to the ground.  He;s lost about 30 pounds just because we no longer keep junk food in the house and we prepare healthy food!  Then when I saw him play Iron Man football the entire game, I was really impressed!  I've never seen my son move that way before!   Yes, I am One Proud Papa!   

No doubt, he's developing good habits and attitudes that will affect him the rest of his life. Good work, providing the model and environment for him. My guess is he's probably done a lot of it through his own determination, too.

It's not easy, making it through an entire game like that.
