My First FART Oh my Gosh Im at Wal Mart !!!!!!
I have a funny Wal-Mart story too. I went in to get some new jean shorts since mine were less than secure on me.
Here's the funny part... I found some 44's..42's... which would have been fine a year ago...
Found some 38's (which I was wearing at the time... WAY too baggy...)
No 36's.... no 34's...
I couldn't find clothes SMALL ENOUGH for me! What a problem to have! :)
Hey John,
It's one of the best feelings in the world, and it keeps getting better! I'm ten months out and for the first 6-8 months I did a lot of shopping at the Goodwill and Salvation Army stores. I know $11 bucks is a good deal, but you may only run those through the wash a couple of times before you need to go get some more! I love that I don't have to go to the Big Man's store anymore (although I do miss the very friendly older lady who works there - she was always very nice to my kids while I was hunting for something that would fit that didn't cost an arm and a leg!)
My favorite store now is JC Penney. It has a lot more stuff than I remember when my mom dragged us there every year for new school clothes as kids. I still hit the Goodwill and Salvation Army looking for good deals though, especially Levis. I started out just about where you did, size 54-56. Now, depending on the brand and cut, I'm wearing 38's and 36's....nearly 20inches off my waist!
Another good thing coming your way>>>>instead of going through your closet looking for a belt big enough, having to poke a new hole in your belt so it will be small enough!
Continued great FARTs Brother!
Dennis
