Lumpy?

Hey guys, I am 13 weeks post op as of today and I have lost roughly 80 pds with few complications. My question is, have any of you noticed a "lumpy" patch of skin under like your left breast bone? This almost looks like what people call "Fat rolls" but it is bigger on the left than the right. When I push on it it does go in and doesnt really hurt. I am pretty sure its just lose skin since the only major organs on the left side are the heart and the spleen. I see my surgeon tomorrow for my gallbladder issue but figured I'd ask everyone here. Any ideas?
