1 week to go

My countdown continues.  I feel very good, and I am excited about it.  I have been coming on here every day lately, and reading posts, and looking at before and afters, and anything else I can find,  This website is an absolute blessing for me.  I want to thank all my new Friends, for all the words of encouragement.  If anyone out there want to add me to there friend list, send me an invite.  Especially anyone local.  I'd like to meet new people.

Hey Kevo, Great to have you out here. Gongrats on your surgery on the 21st, It will be hear sooner than ya know. I am three weeks post op to day and have lost 38lbs so far. Its gonna be a wild ride my friend. Please keep us informed as your journey continues.  Via Con Dios, My friend   John  

Hello Kevin, Well, here you go! The last week prior to surgery is seems to crawwwwwwwwwlllll by realllllllllll slowwwwwwwww and them BOOM! there you are getting prepped. Pretty exciting. Good luck.
