Compression Shirts
Okay guys - New here but thought I would post a question.
Have any of you ever used compression shirts during your weight loss? I am finding that as i lose weight i my skin and specifically my man boobs are more noticable. I need something other than the seinfeld Bro to make me feel not so much on display for all those that judge.
If you have used them - what brand, where did you get it, if ordering online - how did you reference the size? I ask this because the last thing i want is to get an order of them that are not going to do their intended purpose. Am i
here or what?

They will help with moobs, also known as man boobs. I buy and wear the walmart brand. The are called Athletics Works I think. I wear the shorts as well. Under Armor is the name brand stuff. Since I have never tried it I can't tell you if they are worth the extra money or not. I buy and wear a size smaller than what I would normally wear. I think really your supposed to buy your true size and they are made to be snug. I don't know if it has helped or not. I have lost 138 lbs in eight months and all things considered I am not sagging to bad At wally world they run $10.00 for the shirts and about the same for the shorts. pan head

I've worn the Under Armor compression shirts and shorts and while I seriously doubt they ever enhance weight loss they do help with any skin flopping around when you run and such. I wear a cutoff compression shirt and tuck that into a pair of compression shorts and wear a normal pair of shorts and workout shirt over the top. I've also found that buying a size smaller than what you wear works the best as holding everything in really well.
I also wear the Wal-Mart brand, Athletic Works, nearly every day as an undershirt. It definitely helps keep everything in place. As ph said, it works better if you buy a size too small (plus, in no time you'll be smaller, so they'll last longer). I have used both the sleeveless and regular versions. I'm forming a bit of a preference for the sleeveless, especially with short-sleeve shirts.
I have tried all brands nike, addias wal-mart ect. under armor are by far the best. you can by one of the other and then an under armor and try them on back to back the under armor have way more support and they last a heck of alot longer. i am at 231 from 422 so i have a skin problem. i bought the extreme hot weather boxers and shirt and they bring me down one pant size and almost a shirt size. plus the extreme hot weather sucks the sweat from you body and its like waring a/c
Thanks guys - i ended up going with under armour. I wore one when i went to the gym tonight and couldnt believe how much cooler i felt in it. I am sure i would have felt better without a cotton shirt over it but no way in hell i am going out in it by itself. sort of felt like wearing a full body condom but less restrictive. When i got home my wife was shocked she said where did your moobs go? I am going back tomorrow to get one for every day of the week and wear them under my work shirts too.
