I Finally Threw up today... first time!
Well, I thought I was going to make it through this WLS thing without any barfing, but today was the day. I bought some lunch meats to try and introduce more proteins. After eating a few slices and a couple celery sticks, I could tell it wasn't going to stay down.
What a terrible feeling. Still makes me gag to think about it. I ended up eating some bean salad later in the day which always works well for me(so far).
mine said the same - no raw veggies. Also the celery was probably to stringy. The barfing happens to the best of us - no harm no foul.

I was told the same thing on the celery. I'm 4 weeks out and have introduced 3 thin thin slices of turykey lunch meat with a slice of cheese. I take small bites and normall take about 15 minutes to each one rollup. So far everything has stayed down. Best of luck and hopefully no more dumping for you.
