Ok this is just my opinion....but I think it's a waste of money to buy a scale this close to surgery.  You're going to have surgery, and within a few months you'll be able to weigh yourself on a regular scale.   I know it's hard to wait, because you want to see the weight loss everyday...but from someone who has been there......the weight does come off even when your no****ching it.   I weighed in at my doctors post op visits.....I remember the day I was able to weigh myself on a regular scale (one that went up to 350 lbs)...I think it was one of the happiest days of my life. I have the same one that Jim posted the link for. Tanita HD351 These were the third pair of digital scales I have had and they are the first, that you can get the same results more than once. All the other ones I have had would give you a different weight each time I would step on them. This is also the brand that my Surgeon has in his office. I am very pleased with mine and would highly recomend them. Mine are also dead on with the surgeons. I would suggest weighing weekly. Sometimes your weight will go up and down from day to day, but it is not as bad from week to week.  pan head
