Hi Darrin - and welcome.....    I'm 40 y/o, and will be 5 months post-op (Lap RNY) tomorrow.   I started at 547, and my last weight was 398 a couple weeks ago.   I'm so glad i had this surgery - it has totally changed my life.   I'm glad you found OH, and the men's board.    Ask tons of questions - there are some very smart guys here (and, some real smart-asses too)..........   Chuck
