How many of ye kept a Food Diary Post Op
I bought the program from fit day so I don't need internet access to log things in. I have used it for the last year and it has been very helpful in keeping me on track with my protein and carbs and fat. I typically eat about 1100 cal a day and try to get at least 70 g of protein in. I like to get 100 g of protein and if I am going to come in a bit short, I will eat a protein bar.
I don't log things I eat after I leave work where I keep the program running. Sometimes to keep a check on things, I do fill in the day before from memory of what I ate to keep a handle on things. I highly recomend buying the program and keeping the log. It is nice to look back and see my history of weight loss since I started the program since before my surgery.
