Okay, you've got me curious...I'll order a tub of the stuff. It'll save me on Creatine, Taurine, Arginine and NAD supplements, which I currently take. And to tell the truth, I've been wanting to try some of the newer fancier creatine compounds, as well as some of the other more "easily-absorbed" derivatives of traditional compounds.

as for the moobs, only diet and cardio will really reduce those bad boys! but......try doing dips. they're really a great exercise. once you build up to a good 15 reps try adding weight. make sure you're warmed up because it's very stressful on your delts. make sure you're leaning way forward when you dip. also, i do dips for tri's. just stay straight up, no leaning. also, cable flies and pullovers may help somewhat. mostly flyes like you mentioned though are the best along with dips. ok, it's chest workout day for me so i've got to stop talking and walk the walk! carbonblob
Right now I'm using EAS Phosphagen. It was the cheapest last time I was buying ($17 a kg, which will last me the better part of a year). I just ran out of some TwinLab, which was fine too. I'm not brand loyal; I figure this stuff (pure creatine, not the fancy drinks) is pretty comoditized at this point, as long as you stick to a reputable company.
As for it being hard on the pouch, I must confess, it does give me some brief abdominal distress sometimes, whereas before surgery I never noticed any effect at all (other than faster gains). This was particularly true when I was "loading." If I divide it into 2 doses of 2.5-3 grams, instead of 1 of 5-6, I don't have any problem. Also seems worse if I just down it with a small amount of liquid instead of mixing it in a shake or something and sip it over 10-20 minutes.
I think maybe that creatine sucks in water in the intestine, which can cause some localized swelling and thus discomfort. Similar to what carbs do. Just guessing, no scientific fact here.
I use CELLMASS, its by the makers of N.O.-XPLODE. http://www.bsnonline.net
