7 weeks out almost, and the scale didn't move an ounce this week.  My protien intake has been low, and my exercise was a bit less with the evil weather, so time to bust the plateau. Highest:  399 Surgery:  386 Today:     325  - Total of 61 pounds! Ya know, though, I did lose another inch in the waist.  And I have lost over 60 pounds in a month and a half.  I am good with it! Great job, gents~! Brian

Starting weight ---- 346 Last weeks weight --- 183 Todays weight --- 180 Total lost this week ---  3 lbs Total loss of ---- 166  lbs in 58 weeks I was down to an all time low of 178 but I looked terrible (according to several people who love me) and didn't feel so great either. I made a conscientious effort to put a couple of pounds back on and I feel and supposedly look better.

No loss this week, holding at 215. The only thing I am doing different has been the increase in workout. 30 min on treadmill and then weight training almost every day, for the last three weeks. I am feeling stronger already, which is great, but I would really like to see the scale down to 199. Right now I think I am trading mass for fat, which is fine for the short run. Overall, no complaints: Down 131 pounds in under 9 months. Take care. JP Here are the digits.

Food choices this week were a little higher in caloric content, and exercise was a lull this week.  Last week I lost 4 lbs, this week 2 lbs.   Still averaging about 3 lbs lost per week!!! Saw my doc again on Friday, and he was very excited about how far I've come, and the personal transformation my DW and I have experienced this year. --Dave
