The Michael B. Tour 2007!

After 2 years in exile here in the South, I will be returning to my former home of 12 years - Phoenix, AZ! It's a great thing for me and especially my wife and kids, since she is an AZ native and all of her family and extended family are there... My wife and kids will fly from Raleigh, NC to Phoenix on Sat Aug 25th, and I will drive my pickup leaving on the morning of Sunday the 26th. I will take I-40 from Raleigh to Flagstaff before shooting down South to Phoenix on I-17... The trip will take me across NC, TN, AR, OK, The TX Panhandle, NM, and AZ...I would really like to get a chance to meet and hangout with some of my friends from OH along the way if possible! So if you live near I-40 and you want to hang out as I pass through please let me know!

Honestly having lived there for 12 summers, and lived here in the Carolinas for two summers with all the humidity on top of the heat - and working as a landscaper in both environments - I actually find the climate more miserable here! I also abhor cold weather, especially when I've got to work in it. My three year old is ecstatic we've promised her her second trip to Disneyland around Christmas! But this time I'll easily get on all the rides!
