I'm in with a goal of 80 for the month; 20 a week min x 4 weeks.
I'll also be watching my time for improvement as I want to drop 18-20 minutes off by my next 10K from my last time in March by Oct.
Its a great way to fight back against those dang weight loss plateaus!
I've not had a stall that's gone on longer than 2 weeks since my surgery last June. I attribute a lot of that to continually raising the bar on my exercise routine. I think having goals of decreased time are good ones Joe. Have fun training.
