My one week follow up appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Dudes, I just got back form my one week follow up appointment. Doc says everything looks good ! I also lost 25lbs since the day of surgery. Doc graduated me from liquids to mushy foods Yahoooooooooooo! Wants me to keep and start to take my vitamins. No problem there. Well on my way home I grabbed a side of beans from taco bell. MMMMMMMMM Good! Best beans I have ever had . Well gotto go take a nap a little tired. Via Con Dios Dudes, John

Glad to hear you are on mushy foods.   Tomorrow is my 2nd week out appointment.  I didn't have a one week due to the 500 miles round trip.   The last couple of days I have had a few mushy foods. Didn't think about Taco Bell Beans.   Damn, that sounds good.  I've had a few pieces of grilled chicken breast and after about 40-50 chews, it has not been a problem.  Also, I have tried a few bites of mash potatoes, etc.  Everything on my end seems to be working fine.  Hope everything continues to go well for you.  of course after about 3 bites I'm full.  Mike Ray

Congrads guys. U B doin good! Wait till you have the Wendy's Chili,...Oh Yeah!!   That works on the mushy food phase too,..but its a secret. Don't tell anyone.
