New Fat Burning Discovery!

I remember years ago doing badminton and racquetball tournaments (studies have shown both sports burn the same amount of calories during the same period).  I would lose 5-7 pounds.  Yes I know much of it was water weight.  But I am sure some was because of resting between 4-9 workouts (games) over a weekend.  Brian

Interesting. I wonder if you split your workout towards something like weights/cardio/weights if the same results are achieved. May have to give that one a go.
