Good Tuesday morning everyone!
I hope you had a good nights rest and now you are ready to face a new and WONDERFUL day!
Our challenge today is to think about your atmosphere. Do you like the atmosphere that is around you? Do you know/realize that you are the one who controls that atmosphere? Do you know that you can change that atmosphere? If everything around you is going crazy, if you don't like the negativity that is around you (whether people, job, or ??) you can change it. It's all up to you! If you are around the wrong friends and they bring you down in more ways than you like, change it. If you are in the wrong job and you feel it is not building you, then you can change it. If you feel you are in an atmosphere that is not condusive to your WLS and you eat wrong, think wrong, make bad choices for your health, then change it. BE HEALTHY! Change your atmosphere and see a change!
