I made it ! As of this morning I'm down 101 lbs. since my initial consultation in Nov. 2006. I couldn't be happier. I was down 99 lbs. for last Sunday's weigh-in. Then I spent 9 hours in the heat yesterday walking around Michigan's Adventure amusement park with my daughter and lost 2 lbs. This is something I couldn't have done last Summer. I also easily fit on every ride. It was just a great day for celebrating my little girl's 11th birthday. I just had to share that with you fella's. Thanks for letting me indulge. DD

Hey,...it couldn't happen fast enough to a nicer guy. Way to go DAD. Hang on to this joyous feeling for when you get to the plateauing and get a bit frustrated cause its coming and you will conquer that too. You and those Tigers,....just amazing.
