Just stopped by to say HI. Well I'm down 141.5 LBS. Starting weight 357.5 and today 216. What a wonderful world. I wonder sometimes at what weight I will stablize. But for now I'm enjoying the ride.

Hey L! Went right past that 1 year marker…. Seems like just yesterday…….. Great stuff! I kept losing a pound or two a month Up through the first 16 to 18 months without doing anything new or special, just staying with it. Hope all is going great in "Big Fun-Land!"
