good point ard, i should have mentioned the caveat that the one gram per pound is only for ideal weight goal. so yeah, don't load up with 325 grams of protein! shoot for your ideal weight and even then, that's a lot of protein as mentioned. so i agree with ard that you could even go under that gram per pound. the whole point is to make sure you're getting enough protein to build muscle. so take your time al, try one suppliment at a time and see what works for you......carbonblob
