Am I getting enough of what I need????

Thank you all, I really appreciate the help.  I think I will add a daily protein shake.  The kind I have mixes with milk and will gibe me about 270 additional calories and 53 grams or protein.  That should help.  I know when I was working out this weekend the trainer had me stop and took my pulse.  He then had me sit for a minute until (he told me) I got color back in my face.  I didn't think anything of it other than I had gotten extremely cold around that time. I have not lost any hair yet.  My personal trainer at the gym last night sat down with me as well and went through everything.  He also says that I'm too low.  I am now adding 2 shakes throughout the day (each with the skim milk have 53g proteing and 275 cals)  So I will be trying to spread meals throughout the day.

Breakfast at 6, Shake at 9, lunch at 12, some sort of snack at 3 (not sure what to do for this one yet), Dinner around 6 and last shake around 9.  That should bring cals up to about 900-100/day and protein to about 135g.  That brings me closer to the numbers you mentioned. 

I'm hoping spreading the meals throughout the day will also keep my metabolism at a more consistent rate.
