Thanks for the inspiring words, Dx!! My cycling helps me keep my other stresses in life under control.  By the way, what's up with the babe in the DineWise weight loss ad, testimonial on the men's OH page? D. Farrell of LA is certainly a hottie but I wonder if she's ever been obese. :-) Boner

Sounds like an awesome ride.  Team Gastric just completed a century two weeks ago.  We did the American Cancer Bike-a-thon across the Ben Franklin (PHL) to Buena Vista, NJ.  We finished in just under four hours.  We hauled ass and took no prisoners.  We found a good group of riders to work with, and each us of only had to pull for two to three minutes at a time.  The rest of the time was just good drafting.   Unlike your ride, this one was fairly flat. Next up is a dualothon and the MS150 Bike to the Bay. Good luck to you!  Just keep cranking! Rob

Team gastric finished a century in under 4 hours? 25MPH or more over 100 miles is big time cycling. Levi would be envious. :-) Congrats.

That's a metric century, BTW!    We do clip along in the mid-20s but we also take some well deserved breaks along the way also.  Rob
