I perfect example of lunacy. I'm sure a nice FAT lawyer will be happy to take that case pro-bono. Unless he has current, serious medical issues, which would impair his ability to parent the child, that judge is going to be crushed under the weight of his ruling. JP

A good attorney would be wise to jump on that one if those are truly the reasons why he was denied the child. He could get the child back and lots of money .
