Ok guys I need your brains,
Yesterday I did an impulse buy....no not a BowFlex...some Creatine Mono...now what do I do with it???
the lable is like stereo instructions....loading no loading?
take it before and after workout?
when do I take it and what can I expect? What exactly is it suppost to do for me?...i know i'm pittyfull, it has no taste, i put a pack of equal in it...am I gonna die?
After I took it my tummy was a little queezy for about 10 mins...regular....?
I did a monster chest and tricep work out afterward....I think you are suppost to push you limits.....

I have been using Creatine Monohydrate for approx. 3 months now. I have increased my weight load by about 60% & others have commented on the change in size & definition. The 1st week you should load 4x per day. After that 1x per day is good (after workout). I take CM within 2 hours after workout mixed in protein shake. I use EAS Premium Blend protein mix...it is a blend of whey & soy protein for extended absorbsion ($27.00 @ Costco for 6lb bag/27 grams protein, 140 calories). It is suggested that you take it with Whey protein. Mix it in a shake, Juice (Diet Ocean Spray drinks are good) or low-sodium V8 juice. Make sure you have some protein before you workout too. Make sure you drink a lot of water after taking CM. Hope this is helpful. Keep up the good work.

first, you're using it wrong. you're supposed to make small sopositories out of it and shove them in twice a day. ok, just kidding. it helps you work out harder. it shoves water into your muscles. so you look bigger too. it's not retention but volumization. it's cool stuff and the only suppliment i take other than protein.

there's some who don't load. the thing is to keep it usefull you need to cycle your body off the stuff so it produces it again. then you boost it with the suppliment. you will gain 2 to 7 pounds but again, it's water so don't freak out. if you keep using it your body stops making it. i don't cycle the stuff but take a lower dosage and my last blood test showed a 1.0 in level which is right down the line.
i take it in the morning with my protein drink. just mix it in water or whatever if you need to. then i take it again in the afternoon usually with my secon protein shake. like i said, once i'm past loading i take maybe 5mg of the stuff not much.
you will notice more definition if your body fat is low enough. when i started i noticed a good striation in my shoulder and tricep area. you can see a good pic in my profile. the stuff really works. i've changed my workouts now to one body part per day so the creatin really helps me get the most out of these workouts. this stuff is great for lifters. you will notice you can either lift more or do more reps. so read some of the articles. i would do a loading phase and then slack off to maintain. then go off for a month. i've done it that way but like i said, now i just do a little everyday.....carbonblob

From what I understand, abdominal diiscomfort and weight gain (uhh..."cellular mass"?) are the only side effects. Most people mix it with non-citrus juice. I think I noticed a difference from it. Definitely a better pump.
Supposedly, after a few months taking creatine actually inhibits your body's own ability to make such chemicals, so some people go off it for a while until their body can make the stuff on it's own again. Then, then the begin supplementation again.
