I guess my only concern is that I dont really want to eat any thing. Im getting my liquids in but not eating a much through the day. Some broth, maybe jello and some sugar free popsicles. Is this kinda the norm. not being hungry and all. well thanks all for the support and prayers, will keep you posted as my journey continues. Blessings,  John

Welcome back, John.  Yes, It'll take a few days before food sounds remotely appealing. Don't force yourself to eat. DO force yourself to drink and walk. You'll be amazed at the weight you'll lose the first month. Enjoy the ride. DD

John, Great to hear you're home! -ditto to what DD said! Maybe a while before you "want to eat" In the meantime, keep the water going in. Once you step up to Full liquids and mushy foods Add in as much protein as you can so less hair will fall out And less muscle loss as the pounds drop off. Take it easy and don't pu**** for a while. Best Wishes- Dx

Hi John, Welcome back. I concur with the other guys about eating. All I ate when I first came home was broth and sf Popsicles and Jello. Later I added a scrambled egg, etc., all per doc's and nut's instructions. You're right on course.

Glad you are back home.   Your normal, (I think) or I think we are normal.  I was the same way, not really hungry at all.  But, remember to keep getting some food in.  Your diet is basically what I was eating the first week home.   broth, jello & SF Popsicles.   10 days out I had some cream of wheat & cream of ?? soups.   All stayed down.   It gets better each day.  My wife brings me a meal (4oz- soup, broth, etc. and I just look at...  But, then it more than fills me up.  Most of the time I get full before I finish.   Hang in there, welcome to the bench.
