Try "double milk" -- for each 1/2 gallon of milk add one cup of dry milk, shake and let sit for a min. of one day. The change in taste is small, but with more protein per serving!
I get the Rockin Roll bar at Vitamin Shoppe. Don't know if you can handle peanuts yet. But they are very good and filling. It takes me a few days to finish 1 bar. Brian
