New Race Report Posted

Hey Fellas!

I've only been around, here & there lately...
Life is quite busy.
New house being built, lotsa overtime at work, hours & hours of training.... and trying to hang with the wife & kid every now and again!

In the midst of all of this, I completed my third & longest Triathlon of the season this past Sunday, and have included a link to my online Tri-Journal here if anyone is at all interested in reading a long-winded description of the day.

Nice report A.J.! You're really getting it done there! I just signed up to do my first 5k in October (race for the cure). Maybe someday I'll try a tri. Someday....

great job. i had to give up running for a while. to hard on the back but i started swimming again so i'm doing some type of cardio. my dog would rather run though......lol
