Hello All, I finally broke my stall!! I am now down 104 lbs since surgery.  Boy, do I feel better!  I got back out this weekend and started walking again in our lovely Arizona heat.  I just need to exercise daily, period, despite the weather.   You all have a great day! Kent 357/253/189

NICE.  Good job enduring the stall.  Plateaus are a real kick in the head.  But my CNP tols me it tis the desired results.  It means you are losing it in a healthy fashion that will most likely stay off easier/long-term.  Those are encouraging word to hear.  But it is atill not real motivating to stay on the program and exercise and the scales not move but once a month or 4-6 weeks.  I started plateauing at 4 months out.  From 374 at surgery to 294 in Jan 07 I was losing weekly.  Then it started becoming monthly and has been ever since but I drop 6-12 pounds per plateau breaking so that keeps me with the carrott at the end of the stick, dangling out there.  I am at 231 as of Sunday morning.  Been at 232 since July 9 and hoping the 1 more pound is the beginning of the next drop before the next plateau.  I have my 12 month surgeversary in Spet which is two months away and I sure would like to be at 200 or less but at my present rate, that going to take some effort. Good luck on your journey.  Sorry for getting off on my own progress but hoped it helped you know whats coming and whats happening to you is a good thing, and yo are not alone in this frustrating but very rewarding experince. Keep chugging forward,...May the FARTS be with you!! Joe

Well done! Aren't those stalls and plateaus frustrating? I guess we all know when need to kick it up another notch. Good move to get moving.

Hey Kent, Congratulations on getting back to results. I had about 3 stalls on the way down... about every 3 months... My worst, (at 9 months) lasted for about 3 weeks with no change on the scales... But, it too passed on... Best Wishes- Dx
