As statiistically demonstrated over and over, the wieght seems to just creep back, no matter what dilegent diet plan we follow, zenical, accabose to the max and appetiet surpreessants, Im back to the bmi of 35, and seeking out wls again. the initial effects of byetta on appetiet is gone. and the depression of having a fib is gone too now that it is cured. so the pounds are sneekning back. along with the inches.

Good to have you back. I was just thinking about you yesterday when someone mentioned Verizon and wondered how you were doing. I think you're right. Losing weight and keeping it off without surgery is a virtual impossibility. Someone said weight loss without surgery is called "obesity in remission". You can expect it to come back.

Sorry to hear it Walter, But, Other than the weight you've still got the improved health? Hope you've got a firm grip on that! Hope all works out for you. Best Wishes- Dx

hmm, I'd call your insurance ASAP to find out their rules.  Your diet plan might qualify for part of your insurance requirements, but if it's like mine, there's a time limit (within the last year, within the last 3 years, as examples).  If WLS becomes a viable option in your mind, you'd sure like to know if you're missing a window after which you'll have to do another 6 month diet.
