Hi guys,  I am sitting here in size 36 jeans. I was down to one pair one size 38's and they were a little loose.  The little woman and I were at Wally world yesterday evening and I decided to buy a pair of jeans. I grabbed a pair of 38's and a pair of 36's, just for ****s and giggles. I tried the 36's first and as I was unfolding them I thought this will never happen, but they fit.  A year ago I was wearing size 54 and today a 36. Oh, did I tell ya I can wear a size 36? Little excited, can ya tell? LIFE IS GOOD!!! pan head

Hey dude.  I'm surprised you got a butt left after that FART! Way to go. You have my greatest admiration.  I am still waiting and working for that day. Thanks for sharing the reality of dreams coming true. Joe

That's great, pan head. 36 jeans are a goal of mine as well.  Right after surgery, I arranged my huge closet of clothes from largest to smallest (I've been up and down several times, builds the wardrobe).  Lots of pants 58-42, some 40s, a couple 38s, and then alone at the end a pair of barely worn 36 jeans purchased sometime during college.  They are probably tragically uncool now, but I'll still wear them proudly for weeks if I ever get into them.

That is great.  When I go in a dressing room and I get something that is smaller and it fits I do the dressing room dance!!!!!!! Terry G

For our own grins and giggles, could you post that "dressing room dance"? I'm sure we'd all love to see it.

Congratulations!  One of the biggest joys of WLS is going from size to size.  At one point, I was changing sizes so fast that I missed some sizes hanging in my closet.  Don't have that problem anymore since I'm in a smaller size than when I was born...lol  Keep up the good work and keep sharing.   Floyd

Way COOL! I am right behind you, my 38s are starting to get a little loose and it won't be long before I catch up to you! Wally World is the store that I first discovered that i was less than an XXL T shirt! There must be something about that place!

i gotta tell ya panhead, working down the waist was most rewarding part of the journey for me. never and i mean never did i think i would go from a 52" to a 30". i usually wear a 32" just for comfort but i'm actually a 30". who would have thought? i just can't believe we can shrink that much. totally awesome and keep up the good work.....carbonblob
