I know this is early planning but I wanted it to be out there so you can book your room and make your plans. The hotel IS giving us the same rate as last year at $55.00 per night for Friday and Saturday nights. THAT IS A GREAT PRICE as these are nice rooms in a new hotel!
RSVP so I'll know if you are planning to attend!
Thanks!

OK, No conflicts on the calendar although I am sure there will be some between now and then with school starting but I'm making a committment. It will be nice to meet some cyber friends in the flesh. I'm coming. According to Yahoo Maps, its an 11 hr drive from VA so it looks like I'm going to take friday off and maybe leave Thursday evening or something to be there fro Friday and Saturday and drive back Sunday. I'm getting excited just writing about coming.
What kind of bottle water and protein bars should I bring??
Do I need to register or just call the Hotel for reservations?

Good morning my friend! I'm excited that you are coming! It'll be great to meet you. No need to register. EVERYTHING is free! Except the hotel room of course. Just call and make your reservations. Troy U has a home game that weekend and although we are 25 miles away, the rooms are nice and cheap so they have spill over according to Carol, the mgr.
Look forward to meeting you!
