Hump Day Coffee Talk

Good Wednesday morning everyone!  Did ya sleep good?  Are ya rested and ready for another wonderful day!?  It's going to be the best day of your life!  RIGHT?  I know it is mine!  I'm gonna make it be.  Band camp starts today so the kiddos can't sleep late.  I've gotten 2 loads of laundry done so I'm up and going.

Our challenge today is to not let snacking rule us.  You control the food, it doesn't control you.  If we allow snacks or food of ANY type to control us, we are in all actuality saying that it still has a hold on our lives.  Just as before WLS.  BE IN CONTROL of your eating.  Be in control of your snacking.  For those of us who have been out a while, if we allow the food to be in control, we could EASILY gain.  I have set my mind that I WILL NOT gain!  I'm in control of my food!  I have to say that every day.  How bout you?  Are you in control or is that snacking?  Is your meal in control?  NO! YOU ARE!

So, who's up today?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  The flavor of the day is Sumatra Gold from Rivertown Coffee in Rainbow City, AL.  Gotta love this stuff.  It's the BOLDEST coffee I have ever sipped.  Wowee!  LOL

Back to the water and protein bar.  Grazed too much yesterday,...nothing bad just I think I took in way more over the course of the day than I want to make a habit of. Having an affection for peanut butter and banana sandwich on wheat too. Band Camp,..hmmmm sounds like shifting back into school time mode.
