Tuesday Coffee Talk

Good Tuesday morning ya'll.  Time to rise and shine!  Did you sleep good last night?  I know I did.   Our challenge for today is to dig deep.  Dig deep inside yourself and determine you are going to get in all your protein today.  Dig deep inside and determine that you are going to get in all your water.  Dig deep inside and determine that you are going to get in that extra few minutes of work out time.  Dig deep inside and get that bull dog determination that YOU ARE GOING TO STAY ON TRACK!  Today is dig deep day so DIG IN! Who's up?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  The flavor of the day is Maxwell House with Hazelnut cream.  I LOVE my flavored coffee, but some days, you just got to have the Maxwell House!  HEHEHE   I pray you have a blessed and wonderful Tuesday DIGGING IN!

Better sit down,...I'm sippin on a SOBE Lean enrgy drink rather than my usual water this a.m. Diggin in and holding on is good advice.  Straying usually starts witha little fudge here or there and then it gets a bit bigger, larger portions, an farther from what we should be doing. Skipping a day of exercise and then it becomes two weeks since we did anything.  It is an easy trap to fall into it we don't pay attention to the daily details. Hope you are good.   Anything new on September a gathering in Luverne AL?? 

Morning my friend!  I'm a day late, as usual!  HAHA What?  Sobe?  How was it?   You're right, fudging does start small.  I found myself fudging and had to stop!  Usually when I post something like this, and todays, it's because "I" need to hear it and see it for myself.   As for the Luverne thing, Still the same.  Got MANY rooms booked at the Hotel according to Carol the mgr.  EVERYONE is welcome.  Luverne is a small place, but it's full of love and everyone here is friendly.  Luverne's moto is "Welcome to Luverne, AL, the friendliest city in the south".  I have to say it's usually true too!
