Start 368 today 218.5 total lost 150! lost in last month 12 I had two, one week long stalls so the average is a little low for the last 30 days. I am 35.5 weeks out with an average of 4 # per week since surgery!

REALLLLLLLLLLLY late on this one -- been away on a vacation and missed being online for 6 days...but as I've been posting to this thread each week....I didn't wanna miss it! Biggest Weight : 404 Last Week : 251 This Week : 248 Loss Last Week : 3 lbs Total lost : 156 lbs WooHoo...oh, and during the past week I must'a walked like a gazillion miles at Darien Lake the big NY state theme park....dont much like rides but there were like 30 or so of us from 10 familes and we all camped in 10 RVs and got together all day in the park and at nite around the big bonfires and cooked and drank Rolling Rocks together. What a great great trip - even for an old guy like me! :-))))) Jim
