Sunday Weekly Weigh in.....

Hi guys, rough week all around with the unexpected death of my wife's aunt at age 46.  We thought it was a heart attack related to her weight.  Medical examiner is now saying it was an anuerism.  Add to this the day we went to visit my wife's uncle was arrested and held without bond through the whole ordeal and all the siblings arguing over who is going to take the 84 yr old mother (who is stronger than all of them, to be honest).  Crazy, exhausting week.  7 emotional get togethers in 2 days.  Only gone two days and felt like a week.  Anyway, they don't serve healthy food at a wake but I somehow managed to lose weight instead of gain.  Go figure.  Here's hoping this week is a bit more calm.

Hello Everyone, Haven't posted for a few weeks, but still at it and still losing steadily except for a couple of weeks where I stalled.   Beginning Weight - 347.5 lbs Pre-Surgery - 322 lbs. Today 228.5 Lost Since surgery - 93.5 Total Loss -  119 Keep up the great work everyone!  Dale

I have only lost 1 pound this week, still a loss though. I ran out of s/f popsicles and was snacking on pistachios and popcorn at night, I know I have been bad but at least I see the mistake and can change it to get back on track. I am only 13 pounds from goal and think I should change it, we will see how I look when I hit it. At this rate it will take me some time, I also need to get back into the GYM! I came back to edit my post, I had been working out in the pool today and I even ate some s/f chocolate chip cookies, I had breakfast first though...I weighed myself right now and I am down to 196lbs!!!!! I am loving life! maybe I lost so much cause its so damn hot here in California! haha!

Hi Guys, Okay week for me weight-wise, not much change but down a smidgen. I'm at a stage where loss is slow but steady and, best of all, I feel great physically. So, patience is called for. Dang! Highest:         343 Today:           223 This week:     -.5 Total loss:     120

Things a begining to go a bit slower and I have unfortunatley discovered I can eat anything without dumping and almost overnight my meals have become larger.  still making all the correct decisions and weight loss appears to depend on how much excercise I can fti in.
