Out For A While

Hey Friends, I am going to be out for a few weeks as we get moved up to Colorado. Everything is going great otherwise. Oh, and the weight seems to be moving again. Yippee!! I'm down to 235, that's about 4 pounds down in two weeks. That's pretty good being that I haven't lost anything in about 2 months.  As soon as I get a connection going in Colorado I will check in.  Take it easy!! Ronnie

Ron, I hope you adjust to the thinner air soon. It’s a rough move from such a low elevation up the hill. Takes me a week or so when visiting higher elevations to get accustomed to less air. Safe travels! Best Wishes- Dx

Dx is right the higher alt. will take a while to adjust to .  I moved from Ca. to Ut and the alt. in Ca was 47 ft . Here in Ut we are about 5000 ft . That took awhile ! When ya weigh 350 lbs its even harder . Good luck in Colorado. Nick
