Extra Skin
At 10 moths out and 172 lbs off, I have been doing more toning than bulking. I get eht most from walking and now jogging. I do some free weight stufff but not regular enough to expect signficant results. When I workout with the weights, I do curls, flys, rows, side pulls, bench, press and some leg lifts, crunches, and situps for the abs. Pushup are good for the arms too.
I do have the underarm flaps, some saggy butt and inner thights and stomach in the groin area but the legs and shest are relatively tight. Far better than I anticipated.
You got the problem or just prematurely worrying about it?

Eric. I'm down 235 and am just now staring to have to really deal with the excess skin. I wear a compression shirt as a t-shirt now and it seems to help keep most things in place. I'll likely need PS at some point, but it is not so troublesome at the moment. Lifting weights has helped a bit, but loose skin is loose skin. Its all worth it though.
I have had some skin issues. I posted a pic of my stomach "flap" in my profile. I was bummed about it at first. Insurance won't cover PS and I can't currently afford it. But over the last several month, I have come to grips with it. I would much rather have extra skin, than the fat that used to fill it out. The main thing is that I am healthy and that's why I got Lap-Band in the first place. Kind of put it into perspective for me.
