Hey Mike.....
I don;t think it's early verses late....it's low level verses full blown...
and early on, I was not able to identify it,,,
Both triggers are the same....too many carbs or for some too much fat...
the low level..it like an under tone...you just don't feel right, sluggish tired, just a general malaise, something that we could attribute to I didn't sleep well last night, I might be getting sick, I have a lack of energy
Where the full blown is, What he hell have I don;t to myself???
Hope this helps

But in adition,..I feel woozy, feverish, and sweat during serious dumping. Sometimes it is from something I wasn't expecting but usually from when I have experiemented with a no-no food or something I had tried to-date. Meats can still mess me up too but that is usually the foamng and involuntary reverse-swallowing kind of spitting up. Sugar or fat content cause me to dump. The degree of dumping depends on how much I consumed. The tiredness thing usually passes in 5-15 minutes. The serious bouts last at least an hour and can be 2. Really not worth the momentary pleasure of some fantasy food. I have also learned some places/people put sugar in their pasta foods meat sauce and vegetable soups (SURPRISE!) Doesn't matter if its in an OK food, the dumping is just as bad as if I ate a poptart, candy, or ice cream.
Hope that helps. Its ain't worth it man,...don't do it!!!
