If you would like help with your situation right away I would suggest purchasing a compression shirt or Gynecomastia shirt.  Do a search on Yahoo, Google or even eBay and you will see many products that are made just for your problem.  I have been told that if you where the compression shirts when you are working out that it is supposed to help skin issues but I don’t know that I buy into that.  I can tell you that you will look 10 times better wearing one of these under your clothes and you will also be willing to wear shirts that you wouldn’t dare wear in public otherwise.  I would caution you that these can be a bit pricy so I would suggest buying only what you need to get you into your next size.  Also check to see what is on eBay.  My wife purchased mine brand new on eBay and she saved a lot of cash considering I only get so much time out of them as my sizes are decreasing so rapidly.  Just to give you an idea on sizing, I am currently wearing an XL compression shirt and my regular shirts are mostly XXL with a few I can wear that are XL.  I am between sizes right now.  Let me know if you have any other questions but I would recommend that you try one.  I never leave the house without it.
