Chuck Welcome to the losers bench! Sounds like you are doing great! Don't forget to take avantage of getting all the rest you need and don't forget to keep yourself hydrated.  From my experience and others I've spoken to, this is very hard to do, but extremely important for your recovery. Make sure you drop in to share your FART's. All the best! Chris 326/184/175

Awesome Chuck.  Way to go.  Plenty of room here on the loser's bench.  BTW, don't be surprised or dismayed if you gain weight in the hospital.  It is all gone about 3 days after you come home and then some....it comes off fast.  Get ready!!! Congrats.

Congrats there Charles! We've all moved over a bit to accomodate a new "loser" over on the postOp side of the lockerroom! There's more'n enuff space for you here...and like the rest of us....that "space" that you need will be shrinking big time! So....settle in and post! Jim

AWESOME! Things get better after the first few weeks, remember to sip sip sip and walk walk walk and if ANYTHING does not feel right or you have ANY questions, call your doctor right away! I wound up with blood clots and had a near miss with the grim reaper. I sought help after I had a sharp pain in my side about 2 weeks out. I am not trying to scare you, most people don't have that problem, just check out anything that isn't right, you never know how serious it is or is not until you do! Congrats and hang on! You are on a new phase of your life, you will like the results!!
Get it hot, hit it HARD,
