Good Wednesday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine!  Gotta spray those pits and eat those grits!  Our challenge today is to laugh.  When you laugh, you make people wonder.  When you laugh, you release endorphins that make you feel good inside.  When you laugh, you forget anything that is making you frown.  Did you know it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile?  So go ahead today!  LAUGH!  Make someone wonder what you are laughing about!  You'll feel good if you do! Who's up?  What cha sipping on?  me?  I'm sipping on some awesome Harry & David Chocolate Raspberry.  MAN OH MAN!  This stuff is good! Ya'll have a wonderful and blessed Wednesday and be sure to laugh.

Yep, no matter what life throws at you GOD is in control, thankfully! That alone should let you laugh more easily. Me, I have had a Decaf, low fat Latté and later I will have some fresh ground decaf POC (Plain Old Coffee) God bless!

Thanks for the positive kick-in-the-head.  I'm gonna laff my way back to my jogging regime as of today.   The last week as been building my first handicap ramp/porch/deck for my mom and step-dad that both have degenerating back issues.  Four grueling consecutive12 hr days that give me much more appreciation for the contractor types that do this for a living every week.  21 4x4 posts, 2 16' ramps, two turn-around platforms (1 off the existing porch and 1 at the half-way turnaround).  Coming off two weeks of shed addition after work. Then my 17 yr old daughter's car sold  last Friday evening (finished porch Saturday evening) way ahead of schedule just by word of mouth advertising we were going to sell it.  So Sunday and Monday were frantic car shopping but due to some seroius research and diligent prayers, we got here a car Monday evening, last one we looked at on the list, for $1000 less than advertised.  I felt pretty blessed even though it was a exercise.  I love seeing my daughter so happy too.  She really liked the car we got for her after I was about ready to sink in despair that were weren't gong to find anything I could afford.  Interesting how God tends to help us grow by letting go to our limits (or beyond what we think we are capable) before intervening.  It certain builds character and my testimony that He is there and hears our prayers as we try to live right and talk to him about what is important to us.  I'm sipping on a really good and cold,...bottle water,...with a squirt of lemon.  Don't want to get into a rut.
