Hey fellas, I was just funning around with my wife and told her that if I could pick one TV show that described my WLS journey it would be 'Lost in Space.'  Now you young'uns won't remember this show of the 60's.  She thought it was pretty funny.  I think it would be hilarious to open it up to the forum.  What are your answers?  -BobM.  Go to fullsize image

These days I can't seem to get a song out of my head rather than a TV show.  "Born to be Wild"  every morning I wake up and start to get ready to workout and I hear in my head" Get your motor runnin', head out no the highway...."

I did a sermon built around that song some time back.  The title was, 'Born to be Wild' and I believe I made the point that Christians are 'born' to walk on the wild side, the edge, the xtreme and not be a part of the rest of the world.  Anyway, I played parts of that song a couple of different times and on a large screen I showed Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper going down the highway on their bikes, and also being shot saying, most times when we challenge the world, we get attacked by the world.  Anyway, my younger people (under the age of 60) loved the sermon, the older ones who can't hear and didn't understand were critical of it.  But it was a very cool Sunday.  I wanted to let my Staff chair drive his hog down the church aisle, but he said that would be the last act of a pastor.  Hee Hee.
