Reading Food Labels Help

Bob, I try to say below 10g of sugar per day, and I can not tolerate anything with more than 4g of sugar per serving, without feeling sick or at least regretting it for several hours after. I aim for 1200 calories per day, which is about 240 calories per meal at 5 meals a day. I also aim for at least 140 calories of protein per meal, which is about 35g, so I do not focus on the carb and fat levels beyond staying below the remaining 100 calories I have left in my meal limit in the 240/5 daily plan. Needless to say I eat a lot of chicken, tuna, eggs, lunch meats and my carbs typically come from vegetables. My dining out standard meal is salmon, mahi-mahi, or other types of grilled fish with veggies, or a small NY cut steak. I have asked for a ham and cheese omelet for dinner as well, any restaurant can whip that up for a reasonable price. Herb
