Well it is 1:00am tuesday and I am still up. I can't sleep. All went well yesterday. I am still in the hospital at Mease Crountrysida hospital in Safety Harbor. I have pain where they pulled to old out of the body. I will do a swallow test today. Hoping to go [email protected] tonight or tomorrow. I AM WELL ON MY WAY TO LOSERVILLE! More to come. The morphine just does not seem to work. Still have drainage. But all looks good.

I pray I can have each and every one of you as support.

GOD BLESS,

Frank Breden

Hey Frank, Welcome to the other side of the tracks in loserville! My parents live just up the road from you in Pasco County, by the way. The first day or two are the worst, then it gets much better in a hurry. Walk all you can, it really helps. Take care. JP

Frank, Congratulations on your successful surgery.  The first couple of weeks are not great.  But it does get better quickly.  This board is a great resource.  If you have any concerns or questions, let us know.

Congrats on a smooth ride. Don't be afraid to MAKE them control that pain. There are other things out there than Morphine.

Can't wait to see what happens next!

Congrats!  You've got my support.  Hope to join you in a few days (July 17th Surgery). I hate to hear the morphine doesn't seem to work.  I get the open cut. . .  Oh, well. . . Best of Luck and hang in for the ride. Mike

Hey Frank, it just gets better from here.  Welcome to the loser's bench.  Make sure you don't get discouraged when you get on the scale and likely gained weight in the hospital.  That all goes away within 2-3 days and you are losing like crazy.  Sorry to hear about the pain.  Will be praying for you. Blessings, Greg
