Dehydration sucks!
good morning guys,
Sat. night I started getting some discomfort in my stomache. At first it started as if my abdominal muscles were sore. Then when I stood up straight it was like something was knotted up inside. Of course I let it slide and went to bed.
Next morning it was a little better but still there. Through the day it got worse. Of course I still went about my bussiness of the day. Last night the pain was being quite a pain. It was to the point that I was walking bent over. It seemed not so bad if I was not standing straight up.
I have had this pain once before. so I started to compare and think about what both situations had in common. Long story short, both days were very busy days and I had not made hydration a priority. So I started to drink water. After about the second bottle I started to feel better. I finished the third just before bed. By the time I went to bed the pain had subsided. Got up this morning and felt great.
I don't know about the rest of you, but the weekends are tougher for me to stay on top of things. Through the week at work I have a routine worked out. Not as structured on the weekend.
Keep hydrated guys.

Great advice. Lucky 4 me I am not back to work yet (1 more week). I will keep this in mind when I'm back on the grind.
thanks

One of the hardest things I have had to do was to keep hydrated. I tend to not drink nearly as much as I should each day. I believe that this is harder than remembering to eat actually (Seeing that I have no appetite at all, nor even think about food except that I have to.
I have had those pains before, I know exactly what you are talking about.
