Thanks Jim, I think Dx is traveling.  Not that he has to start this each week.  That's a pretty heavy responsibility if we put that on him.  First guy on Sunday should get it started.  Great progress man for you.  the way you travel overseas and the progress you have made...you are my hero. I had a great week.  I didn't screw around like I have been the last couple of weeks and it showed on the scales.

Starting Pre-op: 352.2  RNY 11/13/2006: 345.2 Last Week: 233.4 This week: 229.2 (-4.2 lbs) Total Loss: 123.0 Have a blessed week! Greg

Good idea:  That would be "Not Dave" since he is about 17 hours ahead of us and it's now Monday morning for him:)

Jim Good Morning Guys.  I had an awesome week.  I had to check the scale 5 times this morning to make sure it was right that I lost 4 lbs.  All last month I only lost 5 lbs.  ONLY 1.6 lbs until I am out  of the obese category.  I know that the BMI chart is not a perfect  measure, but it is one goal I have been looking forward to reaching - shedding the obese label.

Good Sunday morning all you Locker room LOSERS!. I bought me a bike this week (Man, are my buttocks sore!) and I had a blast riding with my kids. It definitely brought me back to the summers of my youth. It also helped with the weight loss. SIX POUNDS! Here's the numbers: Highest, 11/27/06 387 lbs. DOS 4/18/2007 358 lbs. Last week 6/ 24 308 lbs. Today 7/1 302 lbs. ( -6 lbs., I might hit my goal of 300 lbs. by July 4) Enjoy your slimmer selves, and the great outdoors this week. Happy Independance day. DD

Rock and roll, DD - new bike NICE.  The buttocks will toughen up and will soon turn to rocks. What kind of bike did you get? Weigh (pun intended) to go with the weight loss. Keep up the great work. Boner

I bought a Motobecane Jubilee. They classify it as a "comfort" bike  Yeah, right. I bought it because I could get it with a 24" frame. So far, I love it. (It'd be nicer if it came with a bench seat.)  DD

Pretty good week on the scale, though it was mostly water weight leftover from my last two weeks' stall.  I joined a gym this week and plan to go with a few coworkers three times a week during lunch.  So far, it's definitely been a lot more taxing than my home workouts; I could barely walk Friday.  But I should be adjusted within a couple months, so I'm hoping for some good results. Here are my stats 14 weeks post-op: Highest Weight 375+ Pre-Surgery Weight 350 Last Week 287.0 This Week 282.0 Week Loss 5.0 Total loss so far 93 Loss since surgery 68
